Current Employee There is basically no SDR support. It's a constant, exhausting grind. The compensation is not competitive and capped. The company is more focused on saving every single penny than on investing in its people or growth. You will feel undervalued. There's a real "stab-you-in-the-back" culture. Trust is low, and it often feels like colleagues are more interested in making themselves look good than helping the team win. Many managers seem to be in roles they aren't ready for. You won't get the coaching or clear direction you need, and their decisions often feel short-sighted.
All of this culminated in my role being made redundant unexpectedly despite my strong performance. It was the final proof that doing good work doesn't guarantee job security here. Stay away!
