Former Employee Don’t consider joining this company if you’re an account executive. Only a few are hitting target and for more than a year anyone new to the company have not been able to hit their target.
The targets are insanely high and the compensation is not near what it should be for such targets. Also consider that DataSnipper has a problem to find a good product fit outside of the already well penetrated External Audit market, which puts extra pressure on you as an AE and from leadership.
Sales leadership has very little experience overall and especially handling tough times so be prepared to be micro-managed and receive no help.
The good things at DataSnipper is the people. They are all really great and nice to work with. Hence consider if it is worth joining when there’s minimal chances of reaching target.
