While historically an amazing product market fit, the lack of powerful innovation starts to show. Company still growing but the management seems to be out of touch with reality, stretching territories and targets in order to keep a growth rate similar to prior year, but without investing where its needed.

It is not the company they are trying to sell you. If you want to reach the target or grow as an AE, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE. The market fit for external audit is great but practically no one reaches the target due to market saturation within the external audit sector.
