Datto was great until Kaseya bought them out. Now everything is micromanaged, but you can still have a positive experience if you're working under Datto leadership from pre-acquisition

Datto used to be a great place to work, then Kaseya acquired it last April and everything has gone down hill fast. They did everything they could to make working here miserable. Cut pay, benefits, forced 100% rto while the COO who made the decision lives 600 miles away from the nearest office, took accounts away etc. I could go on but if you're thinking about working...Read More

Overall experience is 3.5 stars out of 5. Incentive program is not motivating enough for top performers to continue to earn additional compensation especially once quota is attained.
