Stay away. CMO does a very poor job of communicating what is expected and changes direction almost weekly. Morale is extremely low. The interview process was absolutely horrible and drawn out. Internal communication is non-existent and there are people who have worked there for a long time where nobody knows what they actually do. Meetings about meetings about meetings without actually getting anything done.

Compensation structure is unclear. Bonuses are consistently multiple months behind. No leads. No product development. Incompetent leadership. This place makes me sick.
