The product has significant potential and demonstrates great promise; however, the management team appears to be struggling with strategic direction, seemingly prioritizing short-term financial obligations to venture capital investors over long-term growth and stability

Quorum has a best in market product. The comp is low for the amount of skill and effort expected. It is a bit of a boys club and there is a lot of petty workplace drama, part of that is the industry. Customers overall are great compared to other companies I’ve worked at. There is a disconnect between leadership and ICs.
