Are quotas at Deliverect considered achievable and reasonable? Have they shown an increase or decrease in the past few quarters, potentially impacting sales team performance and morale?

I'm in the process of interviewing for an Enterprise AE Role. They are saying its a min of 3 days in the office, but will go down to 1 once ramp is over. Is this true? Are people hitting quota and making money? Any experience in the role is appreciated.
