Current Employee3.1Oct 6, 2023A decent launchpad to enter the world of tech-sales. Most deals in SMB are highly transactional as you sell into restaurants (family-owned, mom and pop, etc). Compensation plan really needs a ramp-up. Base and commission is below market average if not at par.
