Current Employee My experience has been great. My role is primarily outbound so I dont have many inbound leads. Great relationship sdr x field marketing so we do get great event leads. There isnt much of a structure to your onboarding, there arent many learning opportunities for the product, or workshops, you have a team lead and not a manager. You have to self teach quite a bit but do have great peers to help you out in the learning process.
