Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Deltek has the symptoms of a company that hires too many SDR's and underpays them to compensate. While the training itself is comprehensive, not enough is done to ensure the success of SDR's once they complete their initial training period. Good opportunity to learn how to make cold calls and get your reps in in the short term, but not somewhere I would recommend working in the long term as an SDR. AE seems that it might be a better role. Also, they offer no sick time, only accrued PTO.
