My overall experience at NetSuite is positive, but I wouldn't recommend for someone who isn't up for a challenge / pure hunting role. Takes 1-2 years to get your TAL established, and even then, hitting quota is a major challenge. Things like inheriting accounts, manager favor, luck with BDRs, IB leads can make your year.. problem is you don't control alot of those...Read More

Great place to start sales career. Great training, great product. Decently high turnover rate, but they give you plenty of time to figure things out. Recently started messing with commission structure adding monthly quotas, but pay is still fair.

How strict are they when it comes to in office? Does the vertical you're assigned to dictate your success - if so what is the best and worst vertical (mid-market segment)? In previous comments in was 5% hit - if that's the case, what is the pip culture like?
