Constant changes to see what works. Tons of tasks being asked of reps that is trickling down from leadership and investors. Sometimes revenue (specifically product) is prioritized, which leads to issues in adoption. There needs to be more resources for current clients and product investment to improve the customer experience.

I would not recommend this organization to a competent sales professional. Despite being a woman-owned company, misogyny runs rampant. I do not recommend taking a position here if you have any other options. They do pay women less.
