Whilst there are talented people in Devoteam, the sales culture is a mess. No inbound leads as marketing is focused on elevating the brand with big picture campaigns (not helping field sales), unrealistic quotas and a focus on selling into unobtainable enterprise accounts with a brand nobody has heard of. Don’t hit target in first 6 months - good bye!
