Former Employee My experience at Devoteam was unfortunately challenging, primarily due to what felt like a period of significant organisational turbulence. While change is inevitable with new leadership, there seemed to be a consistent struggle to establish a clear and coherent strategy for the wider business.
This manifested in several ways: internal processes were often in flux, communication regarding the company's direction was infrequent or unclear, and there was a noticeable disconnect between the leadership's vision and the day-to-day operational realities for the teams. While the ambition for future growth was there, the practical roadmap to achieve it felt undefined, which created a sense of instability and made it difficult to plan for the long term
