Great product. Little to no inbound. Starting to verticalized but may have tried to upmarket too quickly in key segments. Great leadership outside of sales. EVP of sales seems intentionally dismissive and absent. “No excuses but come to me with everything”. CEO is down to earth and more sales friendly. Just tough to make money in new segments here.

I think Invoca is a great place to work. Great work life balance, fantastic leadership, good people. We are the premier solution on our space but still it is very hard to achieve annual quota and it seems to be the exception not the norm.
