Leadership is a joke, senior leader in the sales department gave someone a job without a single interview and is probably the most clueless individual on the team. They are poor at hiring or choosing the right people to hire and then they fire people when they are not performing but do not set them up for success. They do not do pips they just fire people even if you are out performing other colleagues. Not the place to work

Great company and product. Leadership is humble and empathetic. Market leader in key verticals. Some verticals with less brand presence, reach, and history struggle.
