Great company with strong culture, supportive leadership, and solid training. Compensation, however, was below market compared to similar roles at other tech companies.

Diligent acquired a lot of companies banking on their ability to expand. They over hired for the expansion team so despite team success very few individuals hit quota. A company with unlimited PTO that makes you feel bad when you take it.
