There are plenty of materials to review when onboarding. However, there is no continuing education on products or a thorough review of products that are not the Board Portal. The product has a good reputation in the marketplace. The companies acquired over the last few years have come with a lot of brand recognition. My overall experience has been challenging at this organization. The products have problems that are not fixed, the compensation plan is poor and leadership is not at the level you would expect at a mid-sized company
