Poor product market fit and complete lack of quota attainment across the board. Within 5 quarters I saw almost every single AE that I started with depart (on their own terms). Pretty much everyone could see the writing on the wall. I saw reps not sell a single deal for 9 months in a row. The company hit <25% of the COMPANY goal 2 quarters back to back. Truly a poorly performing sales org, I've never seen anything quite that bad
