They do not give a **** about your career advancement and they will give you absolutely pitiful raises, most people get a <5% raise annually which doesn't even keep up with inflation. Very archaic and antiquated way of reviewing performance via stack ranking. Basically even if you are good and are hitting your targets, most of your team has to be considered average...Read More
