Docebo cut our department citing "performance" as the reason...only to reopen all of the previously remote jobs as hybrid based out of Toronto and Atlanta. You do the math.

Great sales managers, pretty good product but inbound leads are completely dry. To hit quota you will need an insanely high win rate or to self source a lot of your opps.

After the last Ent BDR manager was pushed out, the new manager came in and is pushing out the old BDRs via micro managing and pivoting initiatives every other day.
