Things were great at Docker until new CEO and COO came in. Completely shifted outlook of the org to try and compensate for mistakes of past leadership. Ended up laying off 30% of the sales team at the end of June over a zoom webinar. Docker has some new products that could position them for success in the medium term but significant shrink in sales team was disappointing to say the least. In my year there, there were three separate layoffs.

Too many changes all the time. Would not recommend it. Incredible brand name but that may not be enough due to issues around product-market fit (paid vs open source) and changing strategies of what the company wants to do.
