Poor management and micromanagement from the regional leads. The company has changed multiple times trajectory and has been up and down on quotas. Not a great place to be at!

I work with existing customers so our incentive structure is based on that + capped.. Culture in DoiT is exceptional and the business values work / lol life balance and ensuring that you're taking care of yourself. Leadership is often transparent and open to suggestions/improvements to support the sales role.

It was good in the start but starting 2023, the whole GTM strategy changed and the company went against their promise to customers. Now sellers are fleeing the company unless they wait for a potential sell of their shares.
