Created stickiness by offering significant savings to large cloud users When I joined the company , there was no enablement for sales roles , but it improved after Company went through major changes in the gtm strategy to make the company more profitable .

Change in GTM has made the AE role extremely hard to hit quota. No inbound flow of leads unless the bluebird that comes from AWS or Google. Targets do not reflect market opportunity within different regions.
