The company recently faced lay-offs and it's transforming to become better for AWS, GCP and other vendors. Recently the pricing of its solutions increased drastically so the focus of the company is not going with SMB customers

I work with existing customers so our incentive structure is based on that + capped.. Culture in DoiT is exceptional and the business values work / lol life balance and ensuring that you're taking care of yourself. Leadership is often transparent and open to suggestions/improvements to support the sales role.

In over three years, I witnessed constant GTM shifts—from free offerings to piecemeal services to today’s DCI model. Leadership consistently avoids accountability, and mass layoffs are routine, occurring immediately after the CKO in January 2022, January 2023, January 2024, and again in January of this year.
