Leadership over reach and very micromanaged culture. Lots of changes going on within the org. Very competitive space and Domo is overpriced compared to the competition.

Domo has a great work life balance culture and the product is excellent. From the SDR position career growth and promotion time line is not a focus. Leadership seems to be ambiguous with the promotion process and ultimately aims to keep you as an SDR as long as possible to attain their own quotas.

Domo was a mess. As a Utah based company, if you were not in the "club" you had no future. And the most senior club members circled the wagons to protect the CEO from his own shenanigans, which you can read about on your own. If you like free lunches and an all white bro culture, this is the place for you.
