High performance is a baseline in a company like this - low performers are weeded out. In the AM role, some weeks are busy others are slow, just depends on clients/quarter.

Former Employee2.4Sep 29, 2023This was probably the worst company and leadership I have ever worked for. No psychological safety whatsoever and was talked down to on a regular basis. Compensation structure made zero sense as it was off of a point system so you weren't actually being paid for the amount of money being brought into the company.
