This was probably the worst company and leadership I have ever worked for. No psychological safety whatsoever and was talked down to on a regular basis. Compensation structure made zero sense as it was off of a point system so you weren't actually being paid for the amount of money being brought into the company.

DoorDash might be a big, global company now but there are orgs within it that still very much feel like a start-up with chaotic goals that are constantly changing and leadership that doesn't seem to have a grasp on things.
