Former Employee An RSM role with this company comes with a lot of freedom. It also comes with below-average pay and incentive structure. The products are high quality, but behind the competition in technology and development. The onboarding is lacking, and ongoing training/career development requests are frowned upon. Lots of "that's not my job" or having to run every small product training request through leadership instead of jumping on a quick phone call to answer some questions. Some awesome people who are very eager to help, but most are siloed and prefer it that way. You will have other Draeger reps in your territory who are either very difficult to work with/are untrusting or who are in direct competition with you. Leadership is not trained to lead sales teams and isn't doing anything to change that. Overall, unless you already have significant experience with the products and verticals, I would not recommend selling for this employer. Browse Other Reviews
