Top product in the market, with a legacy brand name. Product quality is their biggest focus, not growth. If you're looking to have all the freedom and represent a great brand this is a great job. Things they dont do well is training or support. You pretty much running your own business for 100-150K a year.

An RSM role with this company comes with a lot of freedom. It also comes with below-average pay and incentive structure. The products are high quality, but behind the competition in technology and development. The onboarding is lacking, and ongoing training/career development requests are frowned upon.
