Base compensation never changes unless you take a new title, which has a worse compensation package than being an RSM. They rarely let people go for poor sales performance, so overcoming mediocrity is common.

The products are high quality, but behind the competition in technology and development. The onboarding is lacking, and ongoing training/career development requests are frowned upon.
