Company revenue exploded as a response to Market during Covid. Leadership wore happy goggles and attributed it all to the product. Last 2-3 years have been filled with incredibly unrealistic forecasts resulting in layoffs (of course no directors or above were affected) and cash problems. Company has strong products which do sell themselves. Leadership is the variable holding this company back.

The version of OTE was unrealistic and unattainable. They were providing 10% commission but if the goal was 200k, then you would only receive 20k. They promoted a 60/40 split (salary to commission) but there was nobody within the org that came close.
