The version of OTE was unrealistic and unattainable. They were providing 10% commission but if the goal was 200k, then you would only receive 20k. They promoted a 60/40 split (salary to commission) but there was nobody within the org that came close.

Company revenue exploded as a response to Market during Covid. Leadership wore happy goggles and attributed it all to the product. Last 2-3 years have been filled with incredibly unrealistic forecasts resulting in layoffs (of course no directors or above were affected) and cash problems.
