Just an absolute hellscape. When I was there, only about 10-15% of reps they hired on a given year made it to their 1 year anniversary. Rest were quit or fired. During peak of covid, they told employees they were only going to work 4 days a week, reducing their base by 20%, but they could still work that open day. One of those companies who says 'fast paced environment' and 'work hard, play hard' which actually means exhausting, toxic workplace who's future is on shakier grounds than they present.

My experience has been exciting, professionally challenging, educational and fulfilling all around. I meet with business owners in every industry and have built a professional network that I would never have had the opportunity to if it wasn't for Drive Social Media.
