Former Employee Duda has a strong product and a ton of potential in the market, that part isn’t the issue. The challenge is internal. Employees are stretched incredibly thin, constantly wearing multiple hats, and there’s little to no structure and lack of internal documentation or process for people to follow. For a company of its size, it still runs like a startup, which makes it hard to scale or find consistency.
Leadership lacks real management skills and direction. There’s very little support for employees, and communication is often unclear or reactive. Some leaders even tend to micromanage, which only adds to the frustration. Overall, it’s a place with great technology and smart people, but the culture and leadership style make it tough to thrive long-term. Browse Other Reviews
