Former Employee Leadership is a passive aggressive and is not held accountable for coaching and growing successful AEs. Brightly started as SchoolDude which they WERE a leader in the education space for many years. No one on the AE mid market team for the EDU sector made quota this year or the year before. I was told in 2022 that everyone was meeting their goals and we would receive qualified leads often from our SDR team, which was also not true. District partnerships have been tainted due to price increases over the years that clients were unaware of, which caused them to go to competitors. The product remains as the most expensive in the market, while also lacking features that our clients have been requesting for years. Lots of potential growth opportunities with the Siemens acquisition.
