Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Cisco Systems is an extremely generous organization. Even through difficult economics times. Cisco always airs on the side of being generous. There are always many SPIFFs and incentives and no one breathing down your neck when things are not going too well. For example, this year I will end at 85% of my goal attainment, yet I have already gotten paid 125% of my goal commission and I will more than likely end closer to 145% due to SPIFF. There was another year (out of 5 that I’ve been here) where Cisco miscalculated a new commission concept so they decided to pay everyone in my organization 100% of the commission. Best company ever!
