It seems as if the company has lost sight of valuing our customers and is solely focused on EBITDA. They have made it impossible for us to hit our targets by structuring our comp plan to only succeed by selling a new product that we have ZERO knowledge of. We have been promised training that we have never received, yet hear every day how we are not doing our job. ECI is not bad company, but the MFG vertical is dead. Stay away from the MFG vertical here at ECI! You will be massively underpaid, micro managed, and be asked to blindly follow our leadership. They are only looking for 'yes men' here.

My overall experience was pretty negative and I wouldn’t recommend the company to friends but ECI has a lot of different groups, some are better than others.

I was laid off after 7 months due to company-wide restructuring and layoffs. It was unfortunate timing, especially since they were starting to roll out more training and support resources. Ultimately it came down to broader organizational changes.
