Current Employee The pay is the worst part about this role, while the culture is the best. The overwhelming majority of the salesforce are former teachers, who tend to succeed in the role due to its nature, but also aren't used to the rigor involved in securing sales so there is a lot of complaining about even just 40 dials/day. I don't recommend this job to people who have been in sales before and are used to competitive compensation, because the commission potential isn't motivating enough to want to exceed your goals.
