Former Employee The training for this product suite was lacking due to many acquisitions and mergers. The folks who succeeded were self starters who used resources like linkedin and cold calling to get appointments booked. Once the product team took over and started down the technical path it was usually a frustrating few months for the potential customer. This specific product was not fully integrated at the time so many deals slipped unfortunately. I imagine this product is doing much better now after a year of development. The team was always fun to be around.
