The organization is built off sales but only promotes those willing to do busy work. You're not able to receive sales commission until you're a partner. Which means you're spending much of your career making below industry average. If you're looking for a hard working culture but minimum pay, then this is the place for you.

Poor development. Promotions are heavily influenced on projects you are placed on and have no control over.
