My overall experience was awful. Customer success in Utah was awful but kept their jobs and don't get held accountable because of their relationships with former executives who got fire from the company years ago. I don't know why the CEO continues to keep these people on. The company likes to fire sales reps right before they're about to get paid a big commission check. Don't join a company that does this.

Good people but things are changing rapidly. Lead flow is a big issue and not many reps are hitting quota, yet they are still hiring for more AE's. SDR's only really set inbound meetings, not a lot of reps are seeing success with outbound campaigns.
