Had a great manager/leadership in my office. Definitely a hard job and some people can do very well, most quit or get let go. Seasonal and then you get paychecks every 2 weeks in the off season which is kind of cool. If you have bad management or team members then this job would be awful

My overall experience was okay. Commission-only positions are tough, so this line of work isn't for everyone. If you can push through the rejection and outside-factors, you can be successful.
