Pretty bad leadership, spray and pray outbound sales with a lot of pressure on individuals despite reaching your targets

My overall experience was terrible. Where it started out with many promises and good vibes, the culture changed completely within weeks. Degrading talks to the SDRs, so many lies and a HoS with a complex. Many people left the company and more had to go due to lay offs. The product is great and the team too, the management however not.
