My overall experience was good. Awesome team and awesome managers. In 2023 the quota was achievable but that was due to external regulations which pushed the product heavily. In 2024 the quota was increased a lot, no more customer urgency as the regulation has been implemented, low opportunity inflow and low outbound success and therefore low quota attainment in the whole team. Also, the company was growing fast and had lots of changes. I still think EcoVadis is a great company mainly due to its culture (team). But regarding product market fit, marketing and quota attainment many things could improve.

New management has come in bc they want to IPO and culture has taken a nose dive with leaders who have no interest in creating anything but a cut throat culture

Many problems hear stemming from quality of leadership hires over the last few years. Product is not evolving to serve a tough market. Sales leadership hires and their subsequent decisions are far and away the biggest and only reasons you should need to stay away
