While I enjoy working with my immediate team and the larger sales team, and I enjoy working on the product...senior company leadership is a mess: tone deaf, out of touch, opaque, and seemingly uncaring about how their actions (or lack of action) affects the rank and file. It's possible to keep your head down and just focus on sales, but sooner or later, without changes at the very top, this company will implode.

Leadership is deceitful and lies. Bonuses for some roles haven’t been paid in a year. Strategic partnerships aren’t renewing at the normal term and the relationships are dissolving. Business unit leaders have egos unlike anything I’ve ever seen and they’re directly responsible for the erosion of partnerships (especially in the channel).
