Former Employee There is a reason sales tenure is 12-14 months. They hire tenured and highly successful reps. If less than 2% of the sales team makes quota, you clearly don’t have a sales execution problem. There are plenty of companies with unrealistic quotas, poor leadership, and severe micromanagement. However, very few SaaS companies have nearly 100% turnover. Eightfold is in a class of its own. Browse Other Reviews
