Current Employee Eli Lilly is notorious for being a lower paying company for your base and comp but they do offer a pension and quality pto options. We’re exploding in the cardiometabolic space and it seems no matter how much volume we crank- leadership sets our incentives well above what the market can even allow. The workforce is tired and over worked and dropping like flies. Good place to get your foot in the door but don’t plan to stay more than two years.
