Current Employee I can’t speak for every division but Neuro Spec was a great culture. Anything related to Diabetes divisions is poor culture. Too much focus on check the boxes, calls per day, and unrealistic targeting/reach and frequency attainment. If you can get into specialty (not obesity Spec because they are just diabetes as well) then you will have a better leadership and culture experience. Great starter company for a career in pharma. Can make a lot more if you go to other companies though. Not as competitive here.
