Former Employee Stay as far away from Embark as possible. Horrible leadership, horrible culture, morale is incredibly low. One week my manager is telling me how wonderful of a job I'm doing and asking if I'd like to apply for a leadership position. A week later the VP of Sales (who, by her own admission, is highly unqualified for the job) without reason lays off 20 salespeople citing "poor performance". I was literally there for only 2 months and led in pretty much every possible metric. I wouldn't be surprised if I got let go because of my age, as I did feel discriminated against while I was onsite.
